Key Account Manager


JustCoded is looking for a Key Account Manager with great communication skills to join our team in Kharkiv.

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Communicate the value of your offerings both strategically and financially to your customers
  • Lead both customers and internal executives and managers on key initiatives
  • Orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy
  • Develop new opportunities within clients’ organizations
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular and proactive communication through various media and collaborative tools
  • Assist in resolving client escalations
  • Respond timely and appropriately to questions and concerns from clients and their intermediaries
  • Assist the Project Team in the project delivery process
  • Introduce and promote new JustCoded offerings through consistent client interaction and onsite visits
  • Ensure and deliver satisfactory client retention and grow the current business
  • Monitor portfolio profitability and propose proper actions to maximize profitability
  • Report on the health and profitability of ongoing accounts directly to the C-level executives
  • At least 5 years of experience (Sales or/and PM)
  • Advanced English
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results matter and you get stuff done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong focus on collaboration and relationship management across multiple departments
  • Technical Background
  • ​​Continuously learn new skills and polish technical background
  • Ability to create presentations, proposals, reports
