Senior QA Engineer

• Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Analyse the requirements
• Estimate tasks
• Create reports
• Perform manual and automated testing
• Test custom projects and projects based on crowdfunding platforms
• Introduce automated testing and practices and grow them over time
• Communicate with customers to clarify business requirements
• Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business

• 3+ years of experience in QA within commercial projects, especially in manual testing of web-based applications and e-commerce solutions
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML
• Agile / Scrum experience
• Basic experience with version control systems (CVS / SVN / GIT)
• UX testing approach and understanding
• Understanding of bug source FE, BE
• Tracking and resolving issues after UAT, acceptance criteria: Bug, CR
• Experience in test result evaluation, reporting, and metrics
• Ability to deal with multiple projects
• English – at least upper-intermediate
• Ability to teach and oversee junior QA staff
• Positive, collaborative and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication along with excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience with Selenium WebDriver
